The list of state secrets in the field of culture and sports in Vietnam is as follows:

- State secrets of the Top Secret level include:
 
+ Plans and plans to ensure the security and safety of museums and libraries to store documents and artifacts that are limited or not popular.
 
+ Plans and plans to ensure the security and safety of historical relics if there is a dispute over national sovereignty.
 
(Compared to the previous Decision 1192/QĐ-TTg dated August 5, 2020, regulations on marking techniques to protect relics, antiquities, and national treasures owned by the entire people were removed.)
 
- Confidential state secrets include:
 
+ Documents of direction and guidance from the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism sent to Vietnamese cultural centers abroad;
 
+ Reports and documents sent by Vietnamese Cultural Centers abroad related to issues that may affect the relationship between Vietnam and the host country in foreign cultural activities and sports cooperation.
 
(Compared to before, some regulations have been removed, for example:
 
- Research data on the physical condition of the armed forces, regions, and people of all classes has not been made public.
 
- The plan to protect security and safety for the Vietnamese Sports Delegation participating in competitions abroad has not been made public.)
 
Decision 1285/QĐ-TTg takes effect on October 25, 2022, replacing Decision 1192/QĐ-TTg dated August 5, 2020.
