10. Forms Used in the State Compensation Work

Attached at Circular 04/2018/TT-BTP are 21 forms used in resolving compensation requests at agencies directly managing public servants causing damage, restoring honor, paying compensation, and reimbursement.

Some example forms include: Request for Compensation, Decision on Appointing Person to Resolve Compensation; Decision on Advance Compensation Funding; Damage Verification Report; Compensation Resolution Decision; Notice on Implementation of Honor Restoration; Notice of Compensation Payment, etc.

11. Amended Regulations on Issuance of Certificates of Origin between Vietnam and EAEU

This content is addressed in Circular 11/2018/TT-BCT, which amends and supplements Circular 21/2016/TT-BCT regulating the implementation of Rules of Origin in the FTA Agreement between Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Union.

The procedure for issuing and verifying the Certificate of Origin form EAV will be applied according to the regulations in Appendix I issued together with Circular 21/2016/TT-BCT; Decree 31/2018/ND-CP and Circular 05/2018/TT-BCT.

In addition, the Appendix issued together with Circular 11/2018/TT-BCT will replace Appendix II - Specific Rules of Origin and the list of HS codes for goods issued together with Circular 21/2016/TT-BCT.

12. Technical Regulations for Group 2 Information Technology Products

Circular 04/2018/TT-BTTTT specifies the list of products and goods that may pose a safety hazard under the management of the Ministry of Information and Communications (Group 2 goods).

Attached to this Circular are 02 lists, including:

- List of information technology and communications products and goods required for conformity certification and disclosure - Appendix I;- List of information technology and communications products and goods required for conformity disclosure - Appendix II.

In these lists, the names of the devices, goods, and the technical standards and regulations applied for Group 2 information technology products are specified.

13. Minimum Equipment and Means for Forensic Technical Examinations

The list of minimum equipment and means for forensic technical examinations is specified in Circular 13/2018/TT-BCA, including the following 10 groups of equipment:

- Group of equipment and means for fingerprint trace examination;- Group of equipment and means for mechanical trace examination;- Group of equipment and means for gun and ammunition examination;- Group of equipment and means for document examination;- Group of equipment and means for fire and explosion examination;- Group of equipment and means for technical examination;- Group of equipment and means for sound examination;- Group of equipment and means for biological trace and DNA examination;- Group of equipment and means for chemical and drug examination;- Group of equipment and means for digital and electronic examination.

Detailed names of each piece of equipment and means are available in the Appendix attached to Circular 13/2018/TT-BCA.
