Circular 14/2018/TT-BYT on the promulgation of the list of medical devices assigned commodity codes according to the list of exporting and importing goods of Vietnam.
Many medical devices are assigned commodity codes according to the list of exporting and importing goods of Vietnam, such as:
- First aid kits; wound care kits (3006.50.00);- X-ray films used in medicine (3701.10.00);- Solutions, disinfectant chemicals for medical instruments and equipment (3808.94.90);- Wheelchairs, carts, stretchers, and similar vehicles specially designed to transport disabled persons, with or without mechanical operation features (8713.10.00; 8713.90.00);- Intravenous monitoring kits, vein viewing machines (9018.90.20);- …
Circular 14/2018/TT-BYT takes effect from July 1, 2018, replacing Appendix I of Circular 30/2015/TT-BYT.
Circular 05/2018/TT-BNNPTNT stipulates certain provisions of the Law on Hydraulic Works. The boundary markers for hydraulic works must comply with the following regulations:
- The marker body made of prefabricated reinforced concrete grade 200 with a square cross-section, 15x15 cm dimensions;- The marker base made of concrete grade 200 poured on-site, with a cross-section of 40x40 cm, the top of the base is at ground level, a depth of 30-50 cm depending on the terrain and management requirements;- The marker body protrudes 50 cm above the natural ground. The topmost 10 cm from the peak of the marker is painted red, the rest is painted white;- The marker body bears the CTTL symbol and is numbered in detail CTTL.01..., the text is evenly engraved in uppercase, filled with red paint;- The newly planted reference markers have the same size and form as the boundary markers to be planted, bear the MTC symbol, and are numbered in detail MTC.01...
Circular 05/2018/TT-BNNPTNT takes effect from July 1, 2018, replacing Circular 65/2009/TT-BNNPTNT and Circular 75/2004/TT-BNN.
Circular 16/2018/TT-BCA guides the Law on Management, Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Supporting Tools. Attached to this Circular is the list of sports weapons and supporting tools. The use of military explosives is to be conducted as follows:
- Have equipment, means, and tools serving the use of military explosives;- Ensure safety and security, fire prevention, environmental protection as prescribed;- Only hand over military explosives to those who meet the conditions regulated in Clause 1 Article 7 of the Law on Management, Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Supporting Tools for use;- The use of military explosives must be reviewed and decided by the unit head, with records and tracking books.
Military explosives must be stored in warehouses built and designed according to standards, regulations, and executed according to the regulations of the Minister of BCA on storage in CAND warehouses.
Circular 16/2018/TT-BCA takes effect from July 1, 2018.
Circular 17/2018/TT-BCA stipulates the provision of weapons, military explosives, and supporting tools. The entities provided with supporting tools include:
- Cryptography agencies under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, cryptography agencies within the organizations of the Communist Party, state agencies at central and local levels;- Investigation agencies of the Supreme People's Procuracy;- The General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement under the Ministry of Justice, Civil Judgment Enforcement Departments in provinces and cities under central authority, Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-departments in districts, district-level towns, and provincial cities;- Management boards of special-use forests, management boards of protective forests, enterprises that establish specialized forest protection forces;- Forces directly performing specialized fishery inspection duties;- Forces directly performing specialized transportation inspection duties;- Inspection teams of the Market Management force.
Circular 17/2018/TT-BCA takes effect from July 1, 2018, repealing Circular 06/2014/TT-BCA.
