(NEW) List of prisons to determine regimes with revolutionary meritorious people

On March 30, 2022, the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 03/2022/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the list of prisons and places considered prisons for consideration and recognition of revolutionary, resistance and defense activists. Fatherland, performing international obligations, were imprisoned and exiled by the enemy.

Accordingly, the places of imprisonment or exile for consideration and recognition of people who are engaged in revolutionary activities, resistance wars, homeland defense or international obligations who are imprisoned or exiled by the enemy are specified in the Appendix to the List of prisons and exiles. places that are considered prisons promulgated together with Circular 03/2022/TT-BLDTBXH , for example:

- In An Giang, there are 18 prisons and places that are considered prisons, including:

+ Exploring Betel Garden;

+ Long Xuyen examination;

+ Chau Doc examination;

+ Long Xuyen sub-area;

+ Chau Doc sub-area;

+ An Phu district branch;...

- In Ben Tre, there are 17 prisons and places that are considered prisons, including:

+ Ben Tre leaf examination;

+ Ben Tre interrogation agency;

+ Bot Dinh Binh Hoa, Giong Trom district;

+ Bot Dinh Hoi Yen, Mo Cay Nam district;

+ Bot Nga Ba Ben Dinh, Binh Dai district,...

(Currently, Ben Tre only regulates 1 prison, Ben Tre Leaves Prison)
