(1,568,000 + 150,000) VND/month × 1.0744 = 1,846,000 VND/month (previously 1,568,000 VND)

- For officials formerly serving as Deputy Secretary, Deputy Chairman, Standing Member of the Communist Party Committee, Secretary of the People’s Committee, Secretary of the People's Council of the commune, Commander of the Commune Military Command, Chief of Commune Police:

(1,512,000 + 150,000) VND/month × 1.0744 = 1,786,000 VND/month (previously 1,512,000 VND)

- For other positions:

(1,388,000 + 150,000) VND/month × 1.0744 = 1,653,000 VND/month (previously 1,388,000 VND).

The Provincial and centrally-affiliated City People's Committees will guide and implement the payment of monthly allowances from July 1, 2017, according to the above stipulated levels.

Circular 04/2017/TT-BNV takes effect from September 1, 2017, replacing Circular 01/2015/TT-BNV. The policies stipulated in this Circular are implemented from July 1, 2017.
