National Assembly of Vietnam passes 11 Laws and 21 Resolutions at the 7th Session

At the 7th Session, the National Assembly of Vietnam passed the following laws and resolutions:

- Passed 11 laws, including:

(1) Law on Archives;

(2) Law on Organization of the People's Courts;

(3) Law on Social Insurance;

(4) Law on National Defense, Security and Defense Industries;

(5) Law on Road Transport;

(6) Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety;

(7) Law on the Capital;

(8) Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools;

(9) Law amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Law on Property Auction;

(10) Law amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Law on Security Guard;

(11) Law amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Law on Land 2024, Law on Housing 2023, Law on Real Estate Business 2023 and Law on Credit Institutions 2024.

- Passed 21 resolutions, including:

+ Resolution electing the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the term 2021 - 2026;

+ Resolution electing the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the term 2021 - 2026;

+ Resolution electing the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly for the term 2021 - 2026;

+ Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the dismissal of the Minister of Public Security for the term 2021 - 2026;

+ Resolution approving the Prime Minister's proposal on the appointment of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Public Security for the term 2021 - 2026;

+ 02 Resolutions approving the President's proposals on the members of the National Defense and Security Council;

+ Resolution electing the members of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for the term 2021 - 2026;

+ Resolution on the legislative and ordinance development program for 2025, and adjustment of the legislative and ordinance development program for 2024;

+ Resolution on supplementing the 2022 state budget revenue estimate and approving the 2022 state budget settlement;...
