the Customs Sub-Departments shall be responsible for:

- Receiving and handling complaints about customs matters within the jurisdiction of the Head of the unit;- Simultaneously, notifying in writing to the Inspection - Examination Organization about the reception and handling of complaints for monitoring and summarizing.

In cases where it is determined that the complaint is not within the jurisdiction of the Head of the unit, the following actions shall be taken:

- Within 3 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, the Head of the unit must guide the complainant to submit the complaint to the competent authority according to the provisions of the law;- When the complaint is transferred, the transfer must be recorded in the electronic document system of the Customs Department.
