Must Retain Army Occupational Health and Safety Statistics for at Least 5 Years

These are the regulations to be noted in the work of statistics, reporting on occupational safety and hygiene (ATVSLD) within the Ministry of National Defense as stipulated in Circular 142/2017/TT-BQP.

The units within the Ministry of National Defense must:

- Open a logbook to track and compile the necessary reports on OSH activities as per current regulations;- Ensure that statistical data is retained for at least 5 years at the workshop level and 10 years at the unit level.

This data serves as the basis for monitoring, analyzing, and formulating policies and solutions related to OSH activities in the unit.

Additionally, twice a year, units must compile and report the situation and results of OSH activities to the Ministry of National Defense.

- Timeline: Before July 5 (reporting the first six months of the year) and before January 10 of the following year (annual report);- The periodic report mail is stipulated in Appendix I and Appendix II attached to Circular 142.
