Ministry of Public Security: To fully annul 58 documents on the list of secret-level state secrets in Vietnam

According to the Circular, all 58 legal documents promulgated by the Minister of Public Security of Vietnam on the list of secret-level state secrets are fully annulled, for example:

• Decision 151/2003/QD-BCA(A11) dated 11/3/2003 on the list of State secrets Confidentiality in the banking industry;

• Decision 637/2003/QD-BCA(A11) dated September 12, 2003 on the List of secret-level state secrets of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union;

• Decision 917/2003/QD-BCA(A11) dated November 21, 2003 on the list of secret-level state secrets of the Foreign Party Affairs Committee;

• Decision 918/2003/QD-BCA(A11) dated November 21, 2003 on the list of secret-level state secrets of the Central Committee for Foreign Affairs;

• Decision 30/2004/QD-BCA(A11) dated January 8, 2004 on the list of secret-level state secrets of the People's Court branch;

• Decision 31/2004/QD-BCA(A11) dated January 8, 2004 on the list of secret-level state secrets of the Central Organizing Committee;

• Decision 52/2004/QD-BCA(A11) dated January 15, 2004 on the list of secret-level state secrets of the Vietnam Women's Union;

• Decision 168/2004/QD-BCA dated February 24, 2004 on the list of secret-level state secrets in the field of state management of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam;
