This is the content of the Working Regulations of the Ministry of National Defense issued together with Circular 52/2017/TT-BQP. According to this:
- The Head of the Ministry of National Defense is responsible for scheduling citizen reception time at least one day per month (except in unexpected cases) at the Ministry of National Defense's citizen reception office;- The commanders of agencies and units affiliated with the Ministry shall organize citizen reception at appropriate times at headquarters or citizen reception places according to the scheduled time.- In certain cases where it is necessary to promptly resolve complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections of citizens, the commanders of agencies and units affiliated with the Ministry may arrange citizen reception outside the scheduled time at the headquarters or citizen reception places of the agencies and units during working hours.- Note that complaints and denunciations are not resolved at private residences and during holidays, and off-hours.
