The unit shall prepare the dossier requesting the number of individuals eligible for early salary increment in 2017 at a maximum of 10% of the total number of officials, public employees, and workers in the unit's payroll list as of December 31, 2017.

Thereafter, dossiers should be submitted to the Ministry's Salary Council before February 28, 2018. Insufficient dossiers will not be considered.
