Recently, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular 01/2020/TT-BTTTT detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Publishing Law and Decree 195/2013/ND-CP detailing certain articles and measures for the implementation of the Publishing Law.

The method of manuscript approval by the director (general director) of the publishing house (PH) is guided as follows:

- For the manuscript of publications that are books printed on regular paper, sign and stamp on cover 1, cover 4, and the page noting the publication registration number, or sign on the manuscript approval form that has sufficient signatures of the Editor-in-Chief, Editor of the PH on the approval form and must stamp across the seam of the approval form with the manuscript;- For the manuscript of publications that are not books printed on regular paper, on tracing paper, on film, and electronic manuscripts, sign the manuscript approval form after it has sufficient signatures of the Editor-in-Chief and Editor of the PH on the manuscript approval form.
