Official Dispatch 4017/BYT-BH of the Ministry of Health has just been issued to guide the application of medical examination and treatment service codes according to Circular 15/2018/TT-BYT.

For newly issued technical services included in Circular 15/2018/TT-BYT, the Ministry of Health will assign codes and add them to the equivalent list, which is updated on the Hospital Inspection Software page of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, address: qlbv.vn/ktbv.

Medical Examination and Treatment Facilities shall update (add new) into HIS software and create a list to send to the Data Reception System of Vietnam Social Security at the address: https://www.gdbhyt.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn to map the list.

For technical services that concurrently exist in Circular 15/2018/TT-BYT and Circular 37/2015/TTLT-BYT-BTC, Medical Examination and Treatment Facilities will use the old codes for technical services as stipulated in Decision 6061/QD-BYT and update the names, prices, and remarks of the technical services accordingly.
