Ministry of Health establishes procedures for "cleaning up" Covid-19 vaccination data in Vietnam

Particularly, provinces and centrally run cities shall direct the implementation of the "COVID-19 vaccination data in Vietnam according to the following process:

- The working group carrying out scheme 06 communes/wards shall direct the health stations to draw up the list of persons who are injected with COVID-19 permanent vaccination in the area with wrong information, including the following cases:

+ No ID number;

+ False determination of CCCD/CMND;

+ Wrong personal information: ID number, full name, date of birth, gender.

- The Working Team is assigned to carry out the Scheme 06 in hamlets/villages for reviewing, supplementing and adjusting information.

The list shall be then transferred to the Commune/Ward Public Security for verification, update and addition of information in the National Population Database of Vietnam.

- The Commune/Ward Police shall sign and hand over the list to the Healthcare Station for archiving, updating and supplementing the information about the users in the Mekong Delta.

- The health station shall update information about the users on the COVID-19 immunization management system.

After updating information, officials of the health stations who use their function shall make a list of verification of information to consider the results.

- Every day, vaccination establishments shall check and sign to confirm "Passport of vaccine".

- Vaccination establishments affiliated to the Ministry of Health of Vietnam, affiliated to the Ministry of Health, other Ministries and provincial and district-level vaccination establishments that have signed "Passports" are not required to carry out the verification and cleaning "COVID-19 immunization data in Vietnam.
