Recently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 40/2019/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the List of Facilities and Equipment for Assessing National Vocational Skills in the Industrial Electronics Profession at Skills Levels 1, 2, and 3.

Minimum facilities for national vocational skill assessment for industrial electronics at skill levels 1, 2, 3 are specified as follows:

- The minimum area with surveillance cameras for 01 knowledge assessment position is 02 m^2^;- The minimum area with surveillance cameras for 01 practical assessment position arranged in the workshop, specialized room, or technical room is 10 m^2^;- The minimum area of the waiting and observation area with screens connected to cameras installed in the examination rooms is 24 m^2^;- The minimum area of the waiting and observation area at technical field locations is 12 m^2^.
