Specifically, criterion I must achieve 30 points or more, criterion II must achieve 20 points or more, and criterion III must achieve 20 points or more;- National Assembly Office-level initiative: Must achieve 80 points or more. Specifically, criterion I must achieve 30 points or more, criterion II must achieve 25 points or more, and criterion III must achieve 25 points or more.
