Enterprises producing medical masks are required to supply masks only to the Ministry of Health and healthcare facilities. Healthcare facilities are permitted to purchase and use masks only for their units and are strictly prohibited from buying and selling to other units.

In handling international relations, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will report to the Prime Minister of Vietnam.

Additionally, this Notice clearly states that goods and essential items will not be accepted at centralized quarantine facilities.

The relevant Ministries and the People's Committees of provinces and cities must strictly handle cases of non-disclosure, false declaration, or non-compliance with quarantine measures according to regulations. Necessary investigations and prosecutions under the law are required.
