Maximum study time for college and intermediate students

Accordingly, the maximum time for learners to complete the program includes the time to study the subjects, modules and the time of graduation exam or thesis defense, graduation thesis decided by the principal. guaranteed:
Not exceeding 1.5 times of training time for a program of two to three years of study , not exceeding 02 times of training time for a program of one to less than two years of study , excluding the reservation period. prescribed in Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH .
Thus, according to the above regulations, the maximum duration of intermediate and college education is only 4.5 years for training programs of up to 3 years.
In addition, the maximum time for a student to study two programs at the same time is equal to the maximum time to complete a program with a longer training period and is counted from the beginning of the first program.
Circular 04/2022/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from May 15, 2022 and replaces Circular 09/2017/TT-BLDTBXH .
