List of Statistical Indicator Groups for the Construction Sector

Recently, the Ministry of Construction issued Circular 06/2018/TT-BXD promulgating the statistical indicator system for the construction industry. One of the representative groups of indicators stipulated in Appendix I attached to this Circular is the group of statistical indicators on construction investment activities.

To be specific: the indicators include:

- Total number of new construction projects commenced in the area;- Total number of construction permits issued;- Number of projects violating construction order regulations in the area;- Total number of construction accidents;- Total number of projects approved for acceptance and put into use;- Total number of technical incidents causing labor safety loss; total number of accidents; total number of deaths and injuries due to labor accidents during construction.

Additionally, Appendix I also sets out groups of statistical indicators on:

- Urban and rural development;- Housing, real estate, and public offices;- Building materials.
