The list of state secrets of the Vietnam Communist Party includes:

(1) State secrets of Top Secret level include:

- Information regarding inspection, supervision, and disciplinary actions within the party.

- Information on party organization and building activities.

- Information about party foreign relations and people's foreign affairs.

- Information on socio-economic matters.

- Information regarding mass mobilization.

- Information about national defense and security.

- Information on science and technology.

(2) State secrets of Secret level include:

- Information on general leadership and direction.

- Information regarding inspection, supervision, and disciplinary actions within the party.

- Information on party organization and building activities.

- Information regarding propaganda and information activities.

- Information about party foreign relations and people's foreign affairs.

- Information on socio-economic matters.

- Information regarding mass mobilization.

- Information regarding internal affairs.

- Information about national defense and security.

- Information on science and technology.

- Information on natural resources and environment.

(3) State secrets of Confidential level include:

- Information on general leadership and direction.

- Information regarding inspection, supervision, and disciplinary actions within the party.

- Information on party organization and building activities.

- Information regarding propaganda activities (except as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 2 of Decision 1385/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2024).

- Information about party foreign relations and people's foreign affairs.

- Information on socio-economic matters.

- Information regarding mass mobilization.

- Information regarding internal affairs.

- Information about national defense and security.

- Information on science and technology.

- Information and documents regarding the workplaces and storage areas of state secrets of the Central Communist Party, central party bodies, and key leaders of the Vietnam Communist Party and State.

- Information and documents regarding the computer network system and state secret database systems of the Vietnam Communist Party.
