State secrets classified as Confidential in the construction sector in Vietnam include:

- Results of inspection and verification of incidents for construction works under national important projects, large-scale construction works, and complex technical works as required by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam that have not been disclosed;

- Periodic and ad-hoc reports sent to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam regarding the quality of construction works under national important projects, large-scale projects, and complex technical works appointed to the State Acceptance Council for inspection of acceptance work by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.

Additionally, state secrets classified as Top Secret in Vietnam include: Production, export, and import plans for special construction products and building materials serving defense works, military constructions directly serving combat, border defense, airspace, sea, and island defense of the Nation that have not been disclosed.
