List of primary training equipment for intermediate and college-level of 19 fields and professions in Vietnam issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs

The Circular 14/2023/TT-BLDTBXH issued the list of primary training equipment for intermediate and college-level of 19 fields and professions in Vietnam, including:

- Graphic design;

- Industrial design;

- Applied informatics;

- Plastics technology;

- Production of detergent products;

- Production of granite tiles;

- Repair of oil and gas extraction equipment;

- Mining drilling;

- Operation of mining and tunneling equipment;

- Agricultural machinery technology;

- Repair of oil refining equipment;

- Optical and wireless transmission engineering;

- Industrial and medical waste treatment;

- Waste treatment in steel production;

- Waste treatment in rubber production;

- Livestock and veterinary medicine;

- Agricultural management and business;

- Aquaculture;

- Waste management.

Circular 14/2023/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect on February 14, 2024.

The ministries, agencies under the government, political and social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the General Department of Vocational Education, registered vocational education institutions for intermediate and college-level qualifications in the fields and professions specified in Article 1 of Circular 14/2023/TT-BLDTBXH, and relevant units are responsible for implementing Circular 14/2023/TT-BLDTBXH.

The Law on Vocational Education 2014 stipulates that vocational education institutions must ensure training equipment according to the minimum training equipment list and facilities as regulated by the head of the state management agency for vocational education at the central level.

On the same day, December 29, 2023, the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs also issued Circular 13/2023/TT-BLDTBXH on the economic and technical norms for intermediate and college-level training in 20 fields and professions.
