List of periodic reporting regimes in the field of prices under the management of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam

The Ministry of Finance has announced the periodic reporting regimes in the field of prices under its state management scope from August 14, 2024. To be specific:

(1) Reports between state administrative agencies, including:

- Consolidated market price report submitted to the Head of the Price Steering Committee and for the meetings of the Prime Minister's Price Steering Committee;

- Consolidated market price report from localities submitted to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam;

- Sector-specific market price report submitted to the Ministry of Finance for consolidation and presentation to the Head of the Price Steering Committee and for the meetings of the Price Steering Committee;

- Locality market price report submitted to the Ministry of Finance.

(2) Reports from organizations and individuals submitted to state management agencies, including:

- Report on the situation of enterprises and certain valuation activities performance indicators;

- Report on the list of price appraisers at enterprises (To serve the Annual Notification List of Price Appraisers);

- Quarterly reports on the organization of training, refresher courses, and knowledge updates on valuation for Quarters I/II/III/IV;

- Annual report on the situation and directions of training, refresher courses, and knowledge updates;

- Report on the situation of the establishment and use of the petroleum BOG Fund;

- Report on the costs of bringing petroleum from abroad to Vietnam, the costs of bringing petroleum from refineries to ports, and domestic premium costs.

More details can be found in Decision 1923/QD-BTC which comes into force in Vietnam from August 14, 2024.

At the same time, the periodic reporting regimes in the field of prices announced in Appendix 07 of Decision 1898/QD-BTC of 2019, which announced the list of periodic reporting regimes within the management scope of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, have been abolished.
