From August 1, 2016, Circular 13/2016/TT-BLDTBXH issuing the List of jobs with strict requirements on safety and labor hygiene will take effect. Accordingly:

- Issued together with this Circular is the List of jobs with strict safety and labor hygiene requirements;- Applicable subjects include:- Employees working under labor contracts, probationers, apprentices, and trainees working for employers;- Officials and public employees, members of the people's armed forces;- Employees working without labor contracts;- Foreign workers working in Vietnam;- Employers;- Agencies, organizations, and other individuals related to the work of safety and labor hygiene.- Continue to apply the List of jobs with strict safety and labor hygiene requirements issued together with Circular 27/2013/TT-BLDTBXH until July 31, 2016.
