List of job positions in public service units in the natural resources and environment sector in Vietnam

Guidance on the list of job positions in public service units in the natural resources and environment industry and field includes:

- List of leadership and management positions in public service units in the industry and field of natural resources and environment specified in Appendix I issued with Circular 10/2023/TT-BTNMT;

- List of job positions with specialized professional titles in public service units in the industry and field of natural resources and environment specified in Appendix II issued with Circular 10/2023/TT-BTNMT.

Job position description in the public service unit of the Natural Resources and Environment sector in Vietnam

- Job descriptions, competency frameworks for leadership and management positions, and professional positions specialized in natural resources and the environment are specified in Appendix III, issued together with Circular 10/2023/TT-BTNMT.

Public service units develop job descriptions and specific competency frameworks based on the unit's functions and tasks, and job descriptions specified in Appendix III, issued together with Circular 10/2023/TT-BTNMT, are submitted to competent authorities for approval;

- The capacity framework of leadership and management positions must be consistent with the standards for leadership and management positions prescribed by competent authorities; The competency framework of job positions with professional titles specializing in natural resources and environment ensures compliance with standards for professional titles of officials specializing in natural resources and environment prescribed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment or standards for specialized administrative civil servants prescribed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The levels of each competency group in the competency framework are specified in Appendix IV issued with Circular 10/2023/TT-BTNMT.
