List of job positions in public service units in the industry and field of Agriculture and Rural Development in Vietnam

On November 15, 2023, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular 11/2023/TT-BNNPTNT on Guidance on leadership and management job positions and specialized professional titles, structure of public employees by professional title in public service units belonging to the sector and field of agriculture and rural development in Vietnam.

List of job positions in public service units in the industry and field of Agriculture and Rural Development in Vietnam

Issue a list of job positions, job descriptions, and competency frameworks for leadership and management jobs, specialized occupational titles, and employee structure according to professional titles in public service units in the agricultural and rural development sectors as follows:

- List of leadership and management positions in public service units in the agricultural and rural development sectors is specified in Appendix I, issued together with Circular 11/2023/TT-BNNPTNT.

- List of job positions with specialized professional titles in public service units in the agriculture and rural development sector is specified in Appendix II, issued with Circular 11/2023/TT-BNNPTNT.

- The job description and competency framework of leadership and management positions in public service units in the agricultural and rural development sectors are specified in Appendix III, issued with Circular 11/2023/TT-BNNPTNT.

- The job description and competency framework of specialized professional positions in public service units in the agricultural and rural development sectors are specified in Appendix IV, issued together with Circular 11/2023/TT-BNNPTNT.

- Level framework determines capacity requirements for leadership, management positions, and specialized professional titles in public service units in the sector and field of agriculture and rural development specified in Appendix V, issued with Circular 11/2023/TT-BNNPTNT.

More details can be found in Circular 11/2023/TT-BNNPTNT, taking effect on January 1, 2024.
