The Minister of Home Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 12/2022/TT-BNV on December 30, 2022, guiding leading and managerial positions of officials; shared professional positions; administrative support positions in administrative agencies and organizations, as well as shared professional titles; administrative support positions in public service providers.

The list of job positions in public service providers in Vietnam is regulated as follows:

- The list of shared professional titles in public service providers in Vietnam is prescribed in Appendix IV issued together with Circular 12/2022/TT-BNV, including:

+ International cooperation;

+ Legal affairs;

+ Organization and personnel (organizational structure and human resource management), commendation and emulation (used in conjunction with specialized professional job positions in the field of internal affairs);

+ Office (including 02 positions in archives used in conjunction with specialized professional job positions in the field of internal affairs);

+ Planning and finance.

- The list of administrative support job positions is prescribed in Appendix V issued together with Circular 12/2022/TT-BNV.

Circular 12/2022/TT-BNV takes effect from February 15, 2022.
