List of industrial explosives which can be manufactured, traded and used in Vietnam

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Circular No. 13/2018/TT-BCT on management and use of industrial explosives and precursors used in explosives manufacturing.

Enclosed with Circular No. 13/2018/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam is the Appendix I on the List of industrial explosives which can be manufactured, traded and used in Vietnam. In particular:

- Industrial explosives: Amonit AD1, TNP1, Anfo water-resistant, emulsion explosives for open-cast use, high-energy emulsion explosives for open-cast use, oversized rock-breaking mines, etc.;

- Industrial explosion accessories: No. 8 combustion detonator, No. 8 electric detonator, differential electric detonator, safety differential electric detonator, non-electric differential detonator, detonation signal wire, industrial delay wire, etc.;

- High explosives: Hexogen, Trinitrotoluene (TNT), Octogen, Pentrit.
