The Minister of Finance issued Circular 69/2024/TT-BTC on October 1, 2024, stipulating the list of goods and services procured through national centralized procurement in Vietnam

List of goods and services procured through national centralized procurement in Vietnam from November 15, 2024

Circular 69/2024/TT-BTC prescribes the list of goods and services procured through national centralized procurement issued by the Minister of Finance of Vietnam.

The list of goods and services procured through national centralized procurement is applicable to the following entities:

- Centralized procurement units of Ministries, central agencies, provinces, and cities under central authority.

- State agencies, public service providers, people's armed forces units, Communist Party of Vietnam agencies, Vietnam Fatherland Front, political-social organizations (hereinafter referred to as agencies, organizations, units).

The list of goods and services procured through national centralized procurement includes general-purpose vehicles for the operation of agencies, organizations, units; including:

- General-purpose vehicles with 4-5 seats.

- General-purpose vehicles with 7-9 seats.

- General-purpose vehicles with 12-16 seats.

- General-purpose pickup trucks.

Note: The above-mentioned list does not apply to general-purpose vehicles that are:

- General-purpose vehicles of Vietnamese agencies abroad.

- Off-road vehicles with high power as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 15 of Decree 72/2023/ND-CP dated September 26, 2023, of the Government of Vietnam prescribing standards and norms for using vehicles.

The organization of centralized procurement for assets within the above-mentioned list of goods and services for national level centralized procurement is conducted when the condition is met that the goods and services need to be procured in large quantities, with similar types in one or multiple agencies, organizations, units and in accordance with the regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
