Letter of Party Member to be Handled upon Opinion of a Politburo Member

This is the noteworthy content stipulated in Regulation 13-QD/UBKTTW on the reception and processing of petitions, and on receiving party members and citizens.

To be specific, one of the conditions for the petitions and letters of Party members and citizens to be processed is that the petitions and letters must contain the opinions of a Member of the Politburo or a Member of the Secretariat. Additionally, petitions and letters eligible for processing must include:

- Handwritten or typed in Vietnamese and signed or fingerprinted by the author;- Petitions appealing party discipline must clearly state information such as the date; the name and address of the party organization or the name and address of the petitioner; the content of the petition, etc.;- Clearly state the subject being accused; for petitions intended to make recommendations or reflect issues, clearly state the content of the recommendation or reflection;- Petitions that have been processed according to regulations but the petitioner provides new documents or evidence;- Petitions currently being considered, resolved, or already reviewed and concluded by the highest competent authority will be forwarded by the Petition Department to the relevant departments and fields for monitoring.
