The Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision 515/QD-TTg on May 15, 2023, approving the Master Program on Cultural Development in Vietnam for the period of 2023 - 2025, which includes legal aid and support for small and medium enterprises in the cultural fields.
In order to develop Vietnam's cultural and artistic products with peak artistic and ideological values, the Prime Minister requested legal aid and support for small and medium enterprises in the fields of culture in the production, promotion, and promotion of cultural and artistic projects of high artistic and ideological value.
At the same time, some tasks and solutions are also given, as follows:
- Developing and implementing the program of creating Vietnamese culture and art for 95 years under the leadership of the Party.
- Developing tools to assist in detecting violations of copyright and related rights in the digital environment and the internet.
- Developing the National Cultural Index for Sustainable Development and the Cultural Industry Map.
Creating an environment to connect and interact between artists, creative practitioners, cultural spaces, and businesses, creating a market for cultural industries to develop.
- Developing cultural industry in association with creative cultural spaces in key fields such as cinema, contemporary art, media entertainment, and fashion in localities and big cities.
- Promoting the release, dissemination, promotion, and export of typical Vietnamese films, performing arts, and fine arts to the world; disseminating films to serve ethnic minorities, people living in areas with difficult or extremely difficult socio-economic conditions, in island communes and island districts; Vietnamese movie screening at cinemas.
- Promoting the development of contemporary art forms.
Enhancing performances of world-famous works in the fields of symphonic music, ballet, musicals, and choirs; deploying television theater, online theater broadcast on digital platforms.
