Law and Ordinance Development Program in 2023, Vietnam

The National Assembly of Vietnam promulgated Resolution 50/2022/QH15 on the Law and Ordinance Development Program in 2023, and the adjustment to the Law and Ordinance Development Program in 2022.

According to Vietnam's Resolution, in 2023, it is expected that 12 laws and 01 resolution of the National Assembly of Vietnam below will be approved:

- Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (amended);

- Law on Bidding (amended);

- Law on Prices (amended);

- Law on Electronic Transactions (amended);

- Law on Cooperatives (amended);

- Law on Civil Defense;

- Law on Land (amended);

- Law on Real Estate Business (amended);

- Law on Housing (amended);

- Law on Water Resources (amended);

- Law on Telecommunications (amended);

- Law on management and protection of defense works and military areas.

- Resolution on the Law and Ordinance Development Program in 2024, adjusting the Law and Ordinance Development Program in 2023.
