The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 29/2021/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 28, 2021 providing standards for classifying workers according to working conditions.
Accordingly, the classification of labor according to working conditions is as follows:
- Extremely arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs are occupations and jobs with working conditions classified as V, VI.
- Heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs are occupations and jobs with working conditions classified as IV.
Occupations and jobs that are not arduous, non-hazardous and not dangerous are occupations or jobs with working conditions classified as Class I, II, III.
The classification of employees according to working conditions must be based on the results of the assessment and determination of working conditions according to the method specified in Circular 29/2021/TT-BLDTBXH .
In addition, this method of classifying labor according to working conditions is used for the following purposes:
- Formulate, amend, supplement or remove from the List of heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs and particularly heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs.
- Classify labor according to working conditions for heavy, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs and particularly arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations and jobs under the responsibility of the employer to perform the tasks. implement labor protection and health care regimes for employees.
Circular 29/2021/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from April 15, 2022.
