KSV must initial the report on the study of the civil case file

The individual reviewing the case file is the procurator (KSV) who must initial at the bottom of each page and sign, clearly stating their full name at the end of the report.

The report on the results of the case file review created by the KSV is to be carried out according to the template issued by the Supreme People's Procuracy and must ensure the following contents are reflected:

- The requirements and viewpoints of the plaintiff, the defendant, and any individuals with related rights and obligations;- Documents and evidence presented by the plaintiff, the defendant, and any individuals with related rights and obligations;- Documents and evidence verified or collected by the Court or the Procuracy;- Comments, assessments, and recommendations of the reviewer regarding the case in terms of procedure; collection and evaluation of documents and evidence; application of the law; and the course of action for resolving the case;- Directives from the unit leader and the Procuracy leader.

Decision 364/QD-VKSTC came into effect on October 2, 2017.
