Job positions in public preschool education establishments in Vietnam

The list of leadership, management, and specialized professional positions in public preschool education establishments is specified in Appendix I, including:

- Leadership and management job positions (02 positions)

+ Principal;

+ Vice principal.

- Job positions with specialized professional titles (04 positions)

+ Kindergarten teacher grade I;

+ Kindergarten teacher grade II;

+ Kindergarten teacher grade III;

+ Support education for people with disabilities.

**The list of shared professional positions and support and service positions in public preschool education establishments specified in Appendix II includes:

- Shared professional job positions:

+ Intermediate level clerk/clerk.

+ Chief accountant (or in charge of accounting)/Accountant/Intermediate accountant.

+ Treasurer specialist/Treasurer officer/Treasurer staff.

+ Librarian class II/Librarian class III/Librarian class IV.

- Support and service job positions:

+ School health.

+ Security guard.

+ Service staff.

+ Cooking staff.

Note: Based on the guidance on describing professional job positions for general use and support and service of the Ministry managing civil servants and public employees in specialized fields, preschool education establishments develop specific and appropriate job position descriptions for each unit's job position and submit them to competent authorities for approval according to regulations.

Instructions for describing job positions in public preschools in Vietnam

- Descriptions of leadership and management positions and specialized professional titles in public preschool education establishments are guided in Appendix III;

- Description of professional job positions for general use, support, and service in public preschool education establishments guided by Circular 12/2022/TT-BNV on guidance on leadership and management civil servant positions; shared professional expertise; Support and service in agencies, administrative organizations, and job positions with shared professional titles; Support and service in public service units.

Circular 19/2023/TT-BGDDT takes effect on December 16, 2023, and replaces Joint Circular 06/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV.
