The contents of the Inspection Plan on documentation, archiving, and state secret protection in 2024 of the General Department of Taxation of Vietnam are as follows:

- Regarding organization, direction, and management of documentation, archiving, and state secret protection:

+ The issuance of directive documents and management on documentation, archiving, and state secret protection annually of the unit (programs, plans, official letters, etc.).

+ Implementation of tasks related to documentation, archiving, and state secret protection as directed by higher-level agencies.

+ The work of evaluating, rewarding, and awarding merit in connection with fulfilling the tasks of documentation, archiving, and state secret protection at the unit.

+ Propaganda, dissemination about documentation, archiving, and state secret protection.

+ Compliance with reporting policies.

- Situation and results of the implementation of documentation, archiving, and state secret protection:

+ Inspecting compliance with the legal regulations on documentation, archiving in Vietnam: Archive Law 2011, Decree 01/2013/ND-CP, Decree 30/2020/ND-CP, Decision 688/QD-BTC dated April 29, 2020, Decision 2449/QD-BTC dated November 11, 2016, Decision 1283/QD-TCT dated September 22, 2020, Decision 2205/QD-TCT dated November 13, 2015.
