Issuance of the Plan for Control of Administrative Procedures under the Vietnam Social Insurance Sector in 2024

The Plan for Control of Administrative Procedures under the Vietnam Social Insurance Sector in 2024 has been issued with 9 task groups, including:

- Developing guiding and managing documents.

- Reviewing and implementing a simplified administrative procedure plan. Innovating the implementation and resolution of administrative procedures, providing public services for individuals and businesses.

- Announcing and publicizing administrative procedures and updating them in the national database on administrative procedures.

- Receiving, processing, updating, and monitoring the settlement of suggestions and feedback on administrative regulations of organizations and individuals.

- Receiving applications, resolving them, and delivering results for administrative procedures.

- Conducting inspections and providing guidance on administrative procedure control.

- Applying information technology in implementing administrative procedure control.

- Conducting communication activities.

- Reporting on administrative procedure control.

The heads of units under Vietnam Social Security, Directors of Social Insurance in provinces and centrally-run cities, will organize the implementation of the assigned tasks based on the content and tasks specified in the plan and report the results to the Vietnam Social Security Office regularly in the first, second, and third quarters (before the 19th of the last month of each quarter) and annually (before December 19, 2024).

The Vietnam Social Security Office is responsible for monitoring and urging the units under the Vietnam Social Security and the Social Security in provinces and centrally-run cities to implement the assigned tasks; it periodically summarizes and reports the results to the Office of the Government on task implementation.

The budget for implementing the Plan for Control of Administrative Procedures is in accordance with regulations and will be ensured from the social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance management funds for 2024, allocated by Vietnam Social Security to the relevant units.
