Issuance of cost norms for national reserve commodity preservation directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves in Vietnam as of March 25, 2024

Specifically, Circular 21/2024/TT-BTC stipulates the cost norms for national reserve commodity preservation directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves in Vietnam.

The cost norms for national reserve commodity preservation directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves in Vietnam apply to relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the management and preservation of national reserve commodities.

The contents of the cost norms for national reserve commodity preservation directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves in Vietnam are regulated as follows:

- The cost norms for national reserve commodity preservation directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves are specified in the attached appendix.

- The cost norms for national reserve commodity preservation directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves are allocated for expenses related to national reserve commodity preservation according to the list of cost norms stipulated in Circular 19/2024/TT-BTC, which regulates the economic-technical norms for national reserve commodity preservation and the norms for loss of national reserve rice and paddy directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves.

- The cost norms for national reserve storage management by the General Department of State Reserves directly managed are applied as a basis for budgeting, cost management, and the implementation of national reserve commodity preservation plans.

For detailed information, please refer to Circular 21/2024/TT-BTC, which takes effect on May 15, 2024, and replaces Circular 161/2015/TT-BTC, which regulates the cost norms for preservation and the norms for loss of national reserve commodities directly managed by the General Department of State Reserves.
