Instructions on determining unit price of machine shift, mine clearance construction equipment in Vietnam

On September 20, 2021, the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam promulgated Circular 122/2021/TT- BQP guide to determine the unit price of machine shift and construction equipment for demining mines and explosives.

According to the Circular, the principle of determining the machine shift price is specified as follows:

- Machine shift price is the average cost determined for a working shift according to regulations of construction machinery and equipment for demining mines and explosives.

- The price of machine shift is determined on the basis of requirements for management and use of machines and equipment for demining mines and explosives, waste norms for calculating machine shift prices and in accordance with estimated norms for demining mines and explosives.

- The price of machine shift and construction equipment for mine clearance, determined in the local construction unit price, shall apply according to the local unit price.

Besides, the contents of machine shift prices are guided as follows:

- Machine shift price includes depreciation expense, repair cost, fuel cost, energy cost, control labour cost and other costs as prescribed.

- The cost contents in the machine shift price are determined according to the type of machine with the same technology, origin, and main technical criteria.

Circular 122/2021/TT-BQP of Vietnam takes effect from November 5, 2021 and replaces Decision 177/2005/QD-BQP; Decision 80/2007/QD-BQP.
