- Be capable of receiving and classifying waste, treating odor, leachate, and exhaust gas; be flexible in combining other technologies, treating different types of solid waste;
Be capable of increasing capacity, recovering energy, and treating secondary waste; suitable treatment scale
- Meet the level of automation and localization of the equipment line;
Meet the rate of treatment, reuse, recycling, and burial of domestic solid waste;
Meet the most cutting-edge processing technology;
Meet the durability requirements of equipment and technological lines;
Meet the requirement for equipment origin.
The synchronization of equipment in the technological chain, the ability to use and replace domestic components and spare parts, the localization rate of the technology and equipment system;
- Prioritize technology:
+ The technology has been successfully applied, evaluated, and appraised by competent authorities. It meets environmental technical standards and regulations on waste treatment and recycling equipment, is suitable for Vietnam's conditions in accordance with the law on science and technology, and the law on technology transfer;
+ Technology on the list of technologies encouraged to be transferred in accordance with the law on technology transfer in Vietnam.
