Instructions for organizing the high school graduation exam and university entrance exam in Vietnam 2023

In order to well organize the exam and enrollment, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam proposes that the Directors of the Departments of Education and Training, the Directors of the Universities, Institutes, and the Rectors of the Universities focus on implementing the following tasks:

(1) For the Departments of Education and Training in Vietnam:

- Strengthen propaganda to promptly and fully inform about the purpose, meaning, and basic contents of the exam and enrollment in 2023.

- Expeditiously issue documents related to the organization of the exam within its competence and advise the authorities at all levels on solutions to ensure the organization of the exam and the enrollment work seriously, honestly, objectively, and safely.

- Select qualified, responsible personnel to participate in the organization of the exam and inspect and test the exam, especially the key stages in the process of organizing the exam, such as printing copies of exam questions, examining them, and marking them.

- Prepare sufficient facilities, arrange resources to carry out the stages of the Exam and related activities to ensure the plan's progress, in accordance with the regulations and guiding documents of the Ministry of Education and Training.

- Actively develop plans, requirements, and mechanisms for coordination with relevant departments, agencies in organizing the exam...

(2) For higher education institutions in Vietnam:

- Allocate qualified staff and lecturers to participate in the examination under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training; actively coordinate with the local Department of Education and Training in all related activities.

- Develop and implement the enrollment plan, ensuring the autonomy to enroll students according to the provisions of the Law on Higher Education.

- Fully grasp the sense of responsibility and provide professional training for those who participate in university-level enrollment, college-level enrollment in Early Childhood Education in 2023...
