- In cases where employees perform hazardous jobs but their documentation is incomplete or complex, and the social insurance agency does not have sufficient grounds to make adjustments, they must notify the employer to prepare and submit a proposal to the supervising Ministry or sector for the opinion of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of Vietnam.

- If the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of Vietnam agrees to the adjustment, the social insurance agency will adjust based on the document issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of Vietnam.
