The current allowance is 50,000 VND.- Actual travel time at sea for military personnel, workers, public employees, and defense officials working on the mainland: Allowance of 250,000 VND/day.

The current allowance is 150,000 VND.

Circular 259/2017/TT-BQP takes effect from December 2, 2017. Policies on calculation and entitlement are implemented from November 1, 2017.
