This is a notable content in Decision No. 35/2017/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on amending and supplementing Decision No. 75/2013/QD-TTg which stipulates policies for organizations and individuals tasked with searching for and gathering martyrs' remains.
From September 10, 2017, increase the health care allowance to VND 500,000/person (instead of VND 280,000/person as currently) for individuals directly performing the tasks of searching and collecting martyrs' remains domestically and internationally.
Additionally, individuals providing information about martyrs will also receive an increased allowance: From VND 3 - 10 million (currently VND 2 million). To be specific:
- An allowance of VND 3 million for accurate information leading to the search and collection of at least 01 martyr's remains;- An allowance of VND 5 million for accurate information leading to the search and collection of a collective grave with 02 - 05 martyrs' remains;- An allowance of VND 10 million for accurate information leading to the search and collection of a collective grave with ≥ 06 martyrs' remains.
