Increases in Monthly Allowances for Demobilized Officials and Soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces

Circular 31/2017/TT-BCA adjusting the monthly allowance rate for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security who participated in the anti-American resistance with less than 20 years of service in the sector and have resigned, been discharged, and performed international duties in Cambodia, Laos after April 30, 1975, who have demobilized, been discharged, and resigned.

From July 1, 2017, adjust and increase the allowance for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces (CAND) by 7.44% according to the following formula:

Allowance = Allowance as of June 2017 x 1.0744

The adjustment of the increased allowance applies to the following groups:

- Officers and soldiers of the CAND eligible for monthly allowance policies under Article 4 of Joint Circular 05/2010/TTLT-BCA-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of Decision 53/2010/QD-TTg;

- Officers and soldiers of the CAND eligible for monthly allowance under Clause 1, Article 3 of Joint Circular 05/2012/TTLT-BCA guiding the implementation of Decision 62/2011/QD-TTg.

Attached to Circular 31 are 04 templates for the implementation of monthly allowance policies, replacing previous templates.
