Incorporation of the Ratified Subject of Judicial Assistance into the Code of Laws

On January 16, 2018, the Government of Vietnam issued Resolution 07/NQ-CP to approve the codification results of the legal system for the topics of Judicial Assistance; Documentation and Archival, along with 28 other subjects.

The Government of Vietnam assigns the Ministry of Justice to take the lead, cooperate with relevant units to arrange and include the topics on judicial assistance; documents, archives, and 28 other items into the Code of Law.
