The Office of the Government of Vietnam has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4765/VPCP-KSTT regarding the resolution of difficulties and obstacles faced by businesses in the fields of taxation and customs.

In Quarter III of 2018, the following regulations must be amended or proposed for amendment by the Ministry of Finance:

- Propose amendments to Article 12 of Decree 134/2016/ND-CP towards exempting import tax for raw materials sent for processing at other production facilities and imported goods for export production that are destroyed;- Amend Circulars regulating certain fees and charges in veterinary work, fisheries exploitation, and food safety quality management;- Continue to refine the import-export goods list in Circular 65/2017/TT-BTC;- Synchronize the information technology system in administrative procedures related to tax and customs.
