On April 5, 2024, the Minister of Finance issued <Decision 798/QD-BTC on the Implementation Plan for Decision 213/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Scheme for the general public property inventory at agencies, organizations, units, and infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State.
The purpose of issuing implementation Plan for the Scheme for the general public property inventory in Vietnam is to effectively implement Decision 213/QD-TTg dated March 1, 2024 at Ministries, ministerial agencies, government agencies, the Central Party Office, the National Assembly Office, the President's Office, the State Audit Office, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, central agencies of organizations (political-social organizations, political-social-professional organizations, social organizations, social-professional organizations, other organizations established according to the law on associations), the Social Policy Bank, Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, and localities.
The implementation Plan for the Scheme for the general public property inventory in Vietnam includes:
- Establishing a Steering Committee for Inventory in Ministries, central agencies, and localities to provide guidance and supervision to agencies, organizations, units, enterprises, and other entities within their management scope in carrying out the property inventory.
- Developing and issuing inventory plans for ministries, central agencies, and localities; urging and guiding agencies, organizations, units, enterprises, and other entities within their management scope to ensure compliance with the schedule.
- Inspecting and supervising the implementation of specific contents, the responsibilities of agencies and units, and the timely resolution of obstacles and difficulties in implementing Decision 213/QD-TTg.
- Reporting on the results of the inventory and directing the handling of related issues arising during the inventory process.
