This is a notable content in Decree 45/2020/ND-CP issued by the Government of Vietnam on April 22, 2020, stipulating the implementation of administrative procedures in an electronic environment.
To be specific, according to this Decree, the registration of an account for conducting administrative procedures in the electronic environment is carried out at the National Public Service Portal, ministerial-level public service portals, provincial-level public service portals, or by using electronic identities provided by electronic identification organizations that have been connected and integrated with the Electronic Identity Exchange Platform on the National Public Service Portal.
Organizations and individuals shall prepare electronic dossiers and declare forms and electronic declarations as required by the online public service provision system as follows:
- Declare forms and declarations on pre-provided electronic templates;- Upload valid electronic documents and materials or reference documents from the Electronic Data Management Repository of the organization or individual;- Digitally sign forms, declarations, documents, and electronic materials if required.
