Headmaster Must Publicly Disclose Concluded Negative Incidents in Educational Institutions

This is a notable regulation in Circular 11/2020/TT-BGDDT issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, guiding the implementation of democracy in the activities of educational institutions.

The principal of the educational institution must publicly disclose to teachers, management staff, and employees “Negative incidents, corruption within the educational institution that have been concluded; asset and income declarations of individuals required to declare as per legal regulations” no later than 3 working days from the date when the document concerning the matters to be disclosed is issued or from the date of receiving documents from the superior authorities or units.

Moreover, the principal is also required to publicly disclose the following contents:

- Annual, semester, monthly, and weekly plans; development plans, projects, proposals, and orientation strategies of the educational institution;- Internal rules and regulations of the educational institution;- Recruitment, training, and professional development plans; decisions on appointments, secondments, resignations, dismissals, changes in professional titles, job position changes, assignments abroad, policy resolutions, salary increments, etc.;- ...
